It allows you to host and attend a variety of events from the comfort of your home or office, using only a laptop or mobile with a stable internet connection. Any event that takes place at a physically venue can be transformed into a virtual event. We’ve had the opportunity to enable events such as virtual conferences, virtual meetings, virtual exhibitions, virtual expos, virtual trade shows, virtual career fairs, and more!
You’re allowed to have more than 1 booth representative per exhibitor. You can easily set your representatives through our Event Management System so that they have access to check who visited your booth and chat with attendees as the booth representative.
It depends on the audience size and event type. For webinars, we suggest that each webinar is no longer than 60 minutes with plenty of breaks for attendees to network and engage in other virtual activities.
Apart from English, we are a multi-language platform. We support languages such as Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, and Vietnamese. For our Event Registration System, organiser can localize the language of the registration form to become the registrants’ local language.
